OUR MISSION

It is our mission to improve individual wellbeing through intentional living, and develop stronger communities by supporting & championing meaningful contribution.

Impact Starts With You

Conscious (or intentional) living means approaching your daily choices with active intention and awareness. The way we work, rest, create, and build, all shape our wellbeing and subsequently our wider communities.

Studies show that conscious living improves almost every aspect of our day to day lives, but how does this work exactly?

In a fast-paced society, many of us spend large portions of our lives operating on autopilot. We move from task to task, responding to demands as they arise, often without stopping to consider whether our habits, routines, and priorities truly support our wellbeing.

Conscious living invites us to slow down and become more aware of these patterns. By doing so, we create space to make decisions that are more aligned with our values, our health, and the lives we want to build. It allows us to be productive and remain motivated without falling into those habits that contribute to stress, overwhelm, and burnout - a crisis that costs us our health and the UK economy an estimated £28 billion each year.

At Words of Integrity, we value meaningful contribution as part of a healthy living framework. Research consistently shows that feeling connected to something larger than ourselves (whether through our work, communities, creativity, or the ways we support others) benefits both individuals and society as a whole.

When wellbeing and contribution are brought into balance, the result is a healthier and more fulfilling life for the individual, stronger communities, sustainable organisations, and a more resilient society overall.

Wellbeing Improves Performance…

Peaceful Lives, Happier Minds…

12% to 19% reduction in stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms in individuals who adopt consistent mindfulness practices.

“It became increasingly clear to me that many of us move through life disconnected from the things that allow us to feel grounded, fulfilled, and genuinely well.

There is an intentional middle ground that allows us to create, contribute, and build meaningful lives without losing ourselves in the process. It’s just not something most of us are exposed to through mainstream narratives.”
