( OUR STORY )
Words of Integrity grew from years spent working in marketing and communications within the charity and CIC space, where I witnessed first-hand the ripple effect mission-led organisations can have on individuals and communities.

Alongside this work, I began to notice a recurring thread among service users: many were navigating barriers that were both internal and external, shaped by systemic structures and lived experience. Writing had always existed alongside my professional work, and these themes naturally found their way into my creative practice.

As my relationship with writing deepened, it became clear that this was where my greatest sense of purpose and joy lived. Choosing to pursue writing full-time felt inevitable, but stepping away from the community and charity spaces I had grown rooted in did not. I recognised the need for writers who could bridge the gap between organisational goals and human experience; writers able to work with empathy, nuance, and lived understanding.

With this in mind, I began offering creative copywriting services to mission-led brands, alongside developing my own artistic projects. During this transition, I was fortunate to receive free coaching support — an experience that proved invaluable. Coaching helped me recognise and reframe long-held limiting beliefs and step into a more aligned version of my work and self, inspiring me to explore how I could extend that same support to others.

Coaching became a natural extension of my writing, particularly as much of my work sits within the realms of wellbeing, self-development, and conscious growth. Across writing, creative practice, and one-to-one coaching, a clear truth emerged: words are powerful tools for nurturing individuals, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful change.

From this understanding, Words of Integrity was born — a home for writing, creativity, and conscious growth, rooted in empathy, impact, and lived experience.
